We are a young architecture office, founded in 2019 by partners Rita Costa Lopes and Laurits Stahm. With more than 10 years of professional experience in architecture and urban design, we work with our clients on projects of different scales: from the conception of neighbourhoods to the detailed planning of the architecture, from the design phase to the finished building. The integrated view of urban planning and architecture is the basis of our work, on which we create comprehensive and inspiring results.

URBAN DESIGN
Masterplan:
We develop urban design concepts with and for all stakeholders to take into account the interests of developers, owners, local authorities, and collective needs in equal measure. Our goal is always a holistic development - with attention to place, culture, high demands on sustainability, and the interconnection of technical requirements for a long-lasting change.
Implementation:
In parallel to the realisation of the Masterplan, we offer assistance and accompaniment to the development of land-use planning processes to ensure the integration and implementation, into these processes, of the quality-creating aspects defined in the Masterplan.
ARCHITECTURE
Phases 1-4 | Basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design and approval:
We work together with you to understand your goals and to create added value to your project through intelligent planning. We analyze the legal constraints, looking for the best solution to ensure that the project can be approved. The budget of our clients is decisive for us.
Phase 5 | Detail planning and construction drawings:
Detailing ensures the success of your project and the architectural quality. Intensive coordination with specialists enables us to find innovative solutions that go beyond the standard.
Phases 6-8: | Tendering, contracting and site supervision:
We draw up specifications for the individual specialties, select suitable companies together with you, track costs during the construction phase and carefully supervise the construction site until completion.
PLANNING IN 3D/BIM:
We plan and document the projects in 3D from start to finish. The quality of the 3D models meets the requirements for BIM (Building Information Modelling). This offers many advantages: simple visualisation and communication in all project phases; precise and detailed planning and quantity surveying; integrated cooperation and coordination with specialists and contractors.
